If you aren't trying to stop the madness you are an accomplice to it

I decided that our republican senator needs to feel more heat. They all do! make them accountable and do their jobs.
Dear Senator Collins,
I have so much to say about the current state of our leadership in Washington DC right now. This now goes way beyond party politics. Your resistance to the tyranny being perpetrated by the POTUS needs to be voiced and voiced loudly. You cannot look the other way on criminal and unconstitutional acts being executed so swiftly by this president as you and your colleagues idly watch him do it. What do you want the history books to say about you? What do you want your legacy to be? Be who you were when you began your career as a legislator. Go down fighting for us. Fight for DEI. As a woman how can you not? Or argue that these programs have not helped the disadvantaged. We can't just eliminate whole departments of government and fire so many people on such short notice. Tarriffs? Plans for Gaza? Are you ok with all of this? Get Elon Musk out of our government please. I did not vote for him or Donald Trump. I am not a Democrat either. I am a resident of Maine though and a constituent of yours. You need to gather up your alliances with members of your party who are willing to oppose DJT and do your job for those of us who are not in the position you are to do so. You can stand up or lay down. I hope you choose to stand up and I will hold you to the fire until the madness ends or your tenure is over.
Sincerely,
Eric M. Belcher
